Account and Family Settings
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of any page to open Settings. This is where account-wide preferences live, separate from any individual student's tabs.
General
Your display name and sign-in email. The email is managed by your sign-in provider and can't be edited directly here.
Notifications
Toggle which email notifications you want to receive: for example, updates when a lesson batch finishes generating or when a student completes their work.
Students
A roster of every student on the account, including their grade and status. This is also where you can enable or disable a student. Disabling a student pauses their lessons without deleting any of their data: their intake, curriculum, and history are all preserved, so re-enabling them later picks up right where they left off. This is a good option for a planned break rather than removing a student outright.
Family
Your family/account name, and a Family Members section for inviting another parent or guardian to share access to the account.
Billing
Your current plan, how many active student slots it includes, and payment details on file (if any). This is also where you'd upgrade if you add more students than your plan covers.
Privacy & Security
Account-wide privacy controls, including:
- An AI Illustrations toggle for whether lessons can include AI-generated images.
- A Student View Lock PIN you can set so a student can't leave their own view and browse parent-only settings.
- Per-student data export and delete controls, if you ever need to pull a copy of a student's data or remove it entirely.
